Me on my fucking exams in university
ok but do you ever think about how Mika and Eddie were teammates at Macau90, and how Mika crashing when Michael shut the door on him was what put Eddie on the podium, and how Mika was crying while Eddie celebrated with Michael
do you ever think about that
I love Macau 1990 that was increadable ivent 😭😭😭
And my favorite photo from Mika's childhood

Imagine have one name being from Finland and leave near each other know each other from childhood have the different ways and meet each other on Formula 1
They both don't need to imagine
The other thing is that Jenson seems to be a normal bloke. He admits he likes a few beers and he also likes the girls, in fact we're the only normal blokes in Formula One! The others seem to like going to bed at 9pm with a cup of horlicks and a few rolls of data to read. I have to say that I'm not sure if I agree with his taste in women. He admits to liking the teeny boppers like Britney Spears and he likes the innocent look, whereas I like the not so innocent look.
Eddie teases Mika (again)
[x]
spiritually I'm Jean Todt shoving Rubens out of the way to make my drivers kiss at the 1997 Monaco GP
Can you pls translate the parts of eddies book were his sister is mentioned?? I had no idea he even realised a autobiography
YEAH HE REALISED TWO BOOKS
And i have them (not book like.. Idk how to say right.. Like document on my phone) but this two on russian.
But! I transalate a little of her words from book "Life in the fast lane" 1999
Sonya Irvine, sister of Eddie Irvine
When we were little, I usually looked after him, and I had to protect him because we were small, and children often bullied Edmund. Between the two of us, I was the organizer. Edmund was always quite disorganized, which started long before he joined Formula 1. Some people, when they visited his hotel room, said it looked like a bomb had hit it, but he was always like that.
Now that we're adults, we're very independent, both confident and capable of taking care of ourselves. We're not afraid of being alone. I think this sense of independence was ingrained in us from childhood. We weren't afraid of missing our parents at the racetrack or missing each other.
We didn't have rich parents, but we had a rich childhood. Now I talk to people from the Formula 1 world who grew up surrounded by enormous material wealth and never knew what it was like to be stingy, to save, to worry about the last penny, or to wonder if you could afford new jeans. But I look at them and think how lucky I was to have had such an upbringing. I also have to be realistic. I know that my travels around the world, being part of a Formula 1 team, wearing the team uniform, having free access to the pits, going to parties, living the team life, and traveling with them—it's not exactly the usual lifestyle for normal people. But at the same time, I'm not here to indulge myself, but to work, and for me, a race weekend is hard work. I monitor Eddie's diet and fitness, and I'm also involved in his business. When I'm not cooking or organizing meetings with sponsors, I work on the computer, planning my work days and months in advance. This job takes me seven days a week, but I'm glad I got all this experience working with Edmund. I learned a lot about how sporting events are organized and what public relations is, and that could be useful if I decide to start my own business.
Before I started working with Eddie, I was working as a sports doctor in Kent. At the very end of 1995, he called me and said he'd taken a job at Ferrari and asked if I'd like to work with him. We agreed on a salary, and I started working. I think something changed in our relationship after that. He's my brother, but at the end of the day, he's still my boss, and there's no getting around that. You develop business relationships, and sometimes they are more than family ones.
Most people will agree with him, just to avoid arguing, but if I disagree, I tell him, "Sorry, but that's not true." Sometimes he might not like it, but he still has someone there who can bring him back to the real world.
I hate rushing, which is why I spend a lot of time planning and preparing everything. And as a result of this planning, far fewer problems arise. I think it's part of the race car driver mentality, because Edmund is always in a hurry.
Four years at Ferrari were fantastic, but I think I'm at a point in my life where I just have to sit down and think about the future. I don't want to continue living this crazy lifestyle and end up alone at fifty. I'd like to settle down in one place, but naturally, I can't do that now, when I'm bouncing between airports, countries, and racetracks. People always tell me, "Wow, you must be dating amazing men and you can always choose the one you want." I wish that were true! I work in a man's world, but I don't think it's a good idea to be in a relationship in the environment I work in. I don't know, maybe those kinds of relationships are too complicated for me, but my lifestyle definitely doesn't help me in this case, so I know I need to stop, take a realistic look at things, and make some decisions. I travel a lot these days. And it's impossible for me to form long-term relationships with anyone. My friends are scattered all over the world. Right now, they and my family are the most important thing to me. I have several offers for next year, but I haven't decided what I'll do yet. Eddie can live without me; he adapts quickly. No one is irreplaceable, and I think that sometimes change is good for all of us. As for me, I would never get involved with a racing driver, he's not my type, and maybe it's not for them either. Some of them are very good friends. After a race, I can go somewhere with David or Michael Schumacher and have a great time; we like to dance and relax, and we just find a disco and chill there. We hang out as friends, but after that, I go to bed alone. It's much less complicated that way, and besides, many racing drivers are very unreliable. They don't stick to one woman, and I don't like sharing!
