How did VV1 happen and how did they restrain themselves from styling on anything that moves?

uncanny valley as in not quite human? wrong. not human at all,

like they are as big as my entire fucking screen and i cant peacefully scroll past because if my finger touches them it interacts with the ad itself instead of scrolling
