If you’re hungry and overweight don’t forget that fainting doesn’t mean death. If you are dizzy sit down drink some zero calorie juice it will wake you up have some tea with a bit of milk and sugar BUT DONT EAT!!! You’re body doesn’t need any food because it has a bunch of fat that it can eat so….

Suck it up and suffer for the few months so that you are happy, dainty and skinny for the rest of your life.

I just think t sucks that every year I am thinking - if I stuck to the diet and didn’t binge three months ago I would be 100lbs right now. So I am doing it I DON’T CARE.
