Appurify is a web-based application that provides mobile developers with the flexibility to test their mobile apps on a variety of locations, memory conditions, networks, and real devices. OrderSmarter is an interactive menu platform for sit-down restaurants to enhance the dining experience of their customers.

OrderSmarter will allow customers to make informed food selection with details on ingredients and nutritional information, make finer food selection through crowdsourced dish ratings, buy virtual goodies, e.g. recipes, track their order in real time and do a paperless checkout. LinkedInPM is a light-weight Project Management native iPad application, for professionals e.g. project managers, clients, vendors, consultants etc., who need to collaborate with teams on projects.

This tool uses simple visualization tools such as a calendar and progress gauge to allow all users to use this app with great ease. It allows users to initiate tasks, structure and assign tasks, define task dependencies and criticality, share files, have discussions, and collaborate in an efficient and quick manner. Note: This project is part of the coursework for User Experience Design Immersive program (Fall 2013) at General Assembly, San Francisco (Group project by Shivangi Jain Mehra and Kara Bressie)

Project: Create a Project Management tool within LinkedIn

Scenario: LinkedInPM saves the day for Melissa!

As an account executive at an ad agency, Melissa wants to have one common platform where her entire team can access tasks, deadlines, and share documents. It needs to be extremely easy to manage deadlines in the most efficient manner. Using this tool, she can find skill sets within her company and team to assign tasks e.g. 3d animation for an ad in this scenario. She can also add the client or other external agencies to get input and feedback at the right time, to be able to drive the process and meet deadlines with impressive results.

Task: Understanding the experience of Bay Area Bike Share program and redesign an aspect of it.
