Luffy is a lot more physically affectionate than Zoro, but Zoro is just as affectionate.
Zoro's love languages are acts of service, quality time, and physical touch, but he prefers to rely on the first two depending on the person.
Luffy would probably be all five, but honestly he wouldn't fit into the categories and just does whatever he wants at the moment. He mostly relies on physical touch and words of affirmation.
Luffy usually initiates physical touch, whether it's meant to be romantic or not. He'll lean, climb, or just be in Zoro's personal space wherever and whenever he wants to and Zoro is very fine with it. Luffy loves it, but also tries to stay mindful of Zoro's boundaries when they're around others.
Zoro doesn't mind Luffy clinging to him all the time, but is more careful reciprocating when it comes to public interactions. He's actually a lot more clingy when they're alone and Luffy loves to tease him about it.
They're pretty casual about being together. They don't go around parading it, but if someone asks, they'll be truthful. They wouldn't really care who knows or not.
Zoro's more affectionate when Luffy's a certain way. Sometimes during difficult fights or when Luffy's bored during storms, Zoro will do something small, but it's everything to Luffy. Maybe a pat on his back, a shoulder squeeze, ruffling his hair, or sometimes just short verbal reassurance would get Luffy revving up again of shake him out of whatever funky mood he's in.
They'll tease each other and bicker a lot, but also they're just joined at the hip.
They don't genuinely fight a ton. Usually, if they do, it's likley a misunderstanding. They're actually pretty good about communication. They're both pretty blunt, so saying what they mean isn't much of an issue.
They're the kind of couple who might have a fight, swear that they'll never forgive the other and then be like, "I miss him" the second they're separated. That being said, they're also stubborn, so there's a stage of them just sulking around the ship and everyone being annoyed, until one gets sick of being apart, finds the other, learns that neither want to stay mad anymore, and they work it out.
They do trust each other to stay lotal, but both pretty jealous.
Luffy doesn't care if he makes it obvious. He'll straight up say, "Hey, back off, that's my boyfriend!" the second someone does something to Zoro that makes him uncomfortable. The minute they back off or apologize though, Luffy's back to smiles and brushes it off. If not, he'd probably pout, keep Zoro extra close and try to drag him away.
Zoro will try to be discreet about it but ends up being super obvious about it. He might be a little slow to pick up on things at first, but when he notices it, he notices it. He might inch a little closer to Luffy or rest his elbow against Luffy's shoulder and appear like he's zoned out but also looked like he's been pissed off. Casual touches that would be casual if it wasn't by him. He'd tail Luffy a lot more and stay closer to him.
Zoro wouldn't say it outright, but it's obvious to everyone anyway, and Luffy kind of adores a jealous Zoro. He's quick to pick up on it though, and will tell him, "It's okay, Zoro. Don't be jealous," in front of the other person really loudly and then turn to the other person with the widest grin he can muster and go, "This is Zoro! He's my boyfriend!!" leaving Zoro super embarrassed while Luffy goes on to boast about Zoro on his crew.
