Great way to hold a gimp. I noticed the wheels after looking it over and it is a good way to keep a gimp. Can be wheeled into a room to lock away and wheeled out for fun

It looks like step one and two are completed ... full encasement, followed by head harness/muzzle/penis gag locked on. In the upper picture, look at his raging hard-on too

Totally love the stricter face plate on the hood. Makes me wonder if there is a long gag attached to it.
