Ok, so having replaced the motor in the Venus 2000 and getting some working automation it is time to work on the air controls.

I wanted to replace the manual red and green buttons with something automated.

I blocked up the original air outlet/inlet and added a new internal one which was connected to my air control setup.

Here you can see my testing and implementing a small 5v air pump and solenoid valves which worth together with the air pressure sensor to monitor the suction of the Venus 2000 and add or remove air if the pressure has drifted from the desired set point. The system tracks pressure in the cylinder constantly and raises or lowers the pressure if it has drifted too far attempting to maintain a strong enough vacuum so that the cylinder has good movement but also can’t fall off. 

I have also tidied up the wiring and added an internal power-supply so that everything fits neatly inside the original Venus 2000 casing.

The program runs for a pre set amount of time and has different phases depending on the percentage progress… The idea is obviously not to let the subject cum until the timer has expired.

The system adjusts air-pressure automatically between cycles, adjusting for pressure errors and maintaining a slightly higher air pressure than normal when the receiver is paused (This prevents the receiver accidentally falling off or being shaken off by a frustrated subject!)

Notice how each cycle stops with the receiver fully sucked onto the cock. the clicking noises which can be heard are the system automatically tweaking the air pressure each cycle.

The timer can be set as long as wanted and each phase is stretched out accordingly by the app.

At the end of the timer the system (optionally) goes into milking mode which leans towards longer faster stroke cycles to finally milk the subject by force. There is no stop function after that though … 😈

Rescue rubber drone
