I think cis women should be allowed to get top surgery even if its not for a medical reason like breast reduction or cancer. I think they should be able to get it even if they're completely cisgender. Some women are just sick of dealing with them and would be much much happier never needing to wear a bra again

it's always very weird to hear people's usually well-meaning comments about fatness having some insulatory effect against sexual harassment or violence ("if you gain weight you get cat called less" etc.) when like, just from my own perspective, i'm very acutely aware of the way in which my fatness not only predisposed me to accepting some incredibly sexually abusive treatment when i was younger but also made it nearly impossible to recognize that treatment or to convince others that it had happened and that it was wrong. largely my experience is that when you're fat you'll still be catcalled (and worse), you'll just also be told to be grateful for the attention by others
