if you're Helios' partner then there will be no escape from the mountain of gifts, fun activities, and general merriment that he'll have planned for you all day (with your permission and tastes in mind hehe). he loves a chance to celebrate his favourite person and will pull out all the stops to do so!

Helios doesn't actually celebrate his own birthday; it wasn't something the village (or him) wanted to celebrate since it was shared with Eos/Nightmare. instead they celebrated the day the tree fell and Helios became their 'savior'. (ᵕ ⚆_⚆)ゞ he didn't like it at first since he mostly associated that day with losing Eos, but over 500 years he's learned to celebrate it with everyone else. over that time the celebration has evolved to be more about his AU's prosperity rather than about him specifically, which also made that transition easier. but! if you were to give him a little gift on September 3rd he would get nostalgic and a little somber and want to spend some quiet quality time with you.
