Something about the way this shot in the WnK trailer is framed makes me think this is another flashback, possibly from Homura's perspective again. Maybe it's Madoka regaining her own memories, but somehow I do not get that vibe.
Just for fun, compare this shot to this clip from one of the Rebellion trailers that never made it into the final version:
Does this remind you of anything? Yeah, I thought so. Maybe they're finally going to use this sequence they drafted way back when, which is exciting because I've always been dying to know what it was about. [If I had to guess, it got replaced by Homura worshipping the Madokami stele, but who knows.]
And the reason why I think the WnK scene is from Homura's perspective is because in the Rebellion trailer, you can literally see it in her eyes:
So, yeah, that's fascinating.
Meanwhile, in Eternal, the transformation is more or less the same as the Rebellion trailer but happens at a different angle. Ditto for the close-ups - she is facing the audience (Homura?) in WnK but viewed from the side in Eternal and indirectly in the Rebellion trailer. And there are a lot more sparkles in the WnK version, of course.
Also worth noting is that in Eternal, we really only see Madokami's wings when she's summoning her bow/actively attacking, whereas in the WnK version, her hands are clasped as if in prayer(?) - admittedly, it's a little harder to see, but it certainly looks more protective than aggressive.
You can chalk up these differences to an art style shift, of course, but in-universe, any disparities can easily be explained by being memories/perceptions of real events rather than direct representations of the events themselves (which we've already witnessed).
My other suspicion is that if/when Madokami really returns, she'll have a slight but noticeable costume shift, similar to what happened with Devil Homura's outfit - for the merch, though I'm sure there will be some story reason/symbolism behind it as well. Perhaps the WnK version in the trailers has more layers on the dress, though it's hard to confirm since the original is shot at a different angle - other than that, it looks more or less the same to my eye.
As always, I look forward to finding out what's actually going on when the movie comes out.
