breathe. inhale. exhale. do not become a tragic greek figure, clawing at the sky, cursing the gods, wailing into the abyss. you are not sisyphus. you are not icarus. you are, in fact, the universe wearing a silly little meatsuit. and the universe is not incompetent.

i , are you checking the 3d like a victorian wife checking the window for her husbandโs ship?ย if you keep looking at the 3d for confirmation, you are living in the state of lack. and what does the 3d do? it mirrors. so if you live in the state of โwhere is it,โ the 3d will say, โwhere is whatโ right back to you. congrats, youโve manifested a waiting room. enjoy the grey chairs and outdated magazines.
ii , are you persisting or are you pouting?ย manifestation is not a negotiation. you do not get to sit across from the universe like a hostile business partner, arms crossed, demanding results before you believe. belief is the contract. assumption is the currency. you are either in the state of the wish fulfilled, or you are outside in the cold, shivering, looking through the window at your desire having a candlelit dinner without you.
iii , are you declaring or are you begging?ย the universe does not respond to โplease, oh mighty forces, grant me this one thing.โ the universe responds to, โthis is mine because i said so.โ you do not ask. you do not hope. you do not weep at the altar. you declare.
iv , are you actually embodying it? or are you just thinking about it in a cute way?ย imagining yourself as the version of you who has it is not a one-time aesthetic exercise. it is a full-body possession. the reality in which you have it is theย realย reality. this one, the one that says you donโt, is the illusion. the question is, which one do you choose to believe?
v , are you reacting to the 3d like itโs god?ย the 3d is old news. the 3d is a corpse. the 3d is a polaroid of a moment that has already passed. if you react to it, if you bow to it, if you let it dictate your inner world, you are breathing life back into the past instead of standing in the present, drenched in your fulfilled desire, dripping in inevitability.
vi , do you actually think itโs yours? or do you just want it?ย wanting is not having. wanting is the antithesis of having. wanting says, โthis is separate from me.โ having says, โit is done.โ when you order food at a restaurant, you do not sit there worrying that it wonโt come. you just know itโs on the way. so why are you treating your desire like a lost package instead of an assured delivery?
the 3d will fold. it will bend to your assumption like a devout disciple. but only if you hold the line. only if you refuse to be swayed by what is already dead. only if you walk like the god you are, not the peasant you fear you might be.
your desire is yours. it always was. the question is, will you finally start acting like it?

so lately iโve been obsessed with marilyn monroe lol and i came across tons of evidence of how she basically manifested her career, beauty, and success! hereโs a marilyn quote that i love that pretty much summed up her process:
โI daydreamed chiefly about beauty. I dreamed of myself becoming so beautiful that people would turn to look at me when I passed. And I dreamed of colors - scarlet, gold, green, white. I dreamed of myself walking proudly in beautiful clothes and being admired by everyone and overhearing words of praise. I made up the praises and repeated them aloud as if someone else were saying them.โ
in this quote, marilyn is describing how before she became famous, she used to daydream (a.k.a visualize) herself becoming so incredibly beautiful that people stopped and stared at her. she visualized herself wearing rich, beautiful clothes and hearing the people around her praising her and admiring her. she also โmade up the praisesโ (a.k.a affirmations) and repeated them out loud to herself and even pretended that someone else was saying them to her.

in this story, marilynโs friend is describing a instance when she and marilyn were walking down a street in new york. at first literally nobody was paying attention to marilyn, which is why she loved new york, but then marilyn asks her friend if she wants to see her โbecome her.โ now the friend didnโt know what she meant, but she said yes anyway. she then noticed a subtle change in marilynโs energy which she described to be like โmagicโ in marilyn. suddenly EVERYONE was turning their heads and realizing โoh crap thatโs marilyn monroe,โ cars were literally slowing down and paparazzi swarmed to her. one second she was just an average lady, the next she became the most famous actress and star of her time!
the only way i could think that this change would have possibly happened was through marilynโs concept of self. at first, marilyn held the assumption of โno one notices me in new york,โ โi am just a normal girlโ etc. she viewed herself as basically invisible in this environment and the assumption played out. however, when she made the switch from normal to superstar, she changed her conception of self in that moment! now of course iโm not sure exactly what she was thinking, but it probably went along the lines of โi am the biggest actress ever,โ โeveryone notices how famous i am,โ โeveryone knows how big of a star i am etc.โ basically marilyn quickly changed her view of herself from average to superstar, and since everyone is her pushed out, the people around her carried out her assumptions.
with all this being said, the best way you can manifest fame, beauty, wealth etc. is by changing your self concept! by changing the way you view yourself, your reality will then reflect that change back onto you. before marilyn was famous, she was just another average person, however she viewed herself as something greater than that: an incredibly beautiful movie star! therefore her assumptions of herself were reflected back onto her and she became just that!
so who do you want to be? how do you want the world to view you? ask yourself these questions and then change your assumptions about yourself into the person that you want to be. to wrap up i will leave a few self concept affirmations to help you be on ur way to becoming the next marilyn monroe! ;))

mental diet - consciously controlling your thoughts to be aligned with your desired state
why is it important to keep a mental diet?
now, thoughts on their own have no power. itโs the feeling that counts. thoughts often come with feeling and thatโs why keeping your thoughts in check is important.
what kind of thoughts have power and which donโt?
the only thoughts that have power are the ones which bring FEELING with them. therefore intrusive thoughts have no power because they donโt actually align with you and arenโt a representation of who you are (by intrusive thoughts i mean thoughts that suddenly pop up which are unwanted, eg hurting yourself or somebody else). thoughts that are actually pondered upon, that reflect your beliefs* are the ones that matter. these thoughts can for example be โi look so ugly.โ - that is what you believe (FEEL!) about yourself and that thought is going to be expressed into the outer-world. of course those kind of thoughts hold no power when they arenโt entertained regularly. once unwanted thoughts become entertained and you start pondering on them, they turn dangerous.
*belief as in FEELING. beliefs are merely feelings.
why do some thoughts have power?
because consciousness is the only reality. your imagination is REAL. what you hold to be true will be expressed in the outer-world.

how to keep a mental diet:
ask yourself: โare my thoughts aligned with my aim?โ
The two who must agree are your inner conversation and the state desired. That is, what you desire to see and hear without, you must see and hear within. - Neville Goddard
know that every unlovely thought, anxiety, fear, envy, is created by you. every situation that ignites those unlovely thoughts are created by you, as you are the creator of your reality. when you experience fear or any other emotion you do not wish to feel, tell yourself that it doesnโt matter, as it is your creation and you can uncreate it. never blame yourself for thinking or feeling things you donโt wish to feel, only resolve. when you hear something you donโt like, imagine that you heard something lovely instead. feel it inside you that it is real, because it indeed is.
i think it is also important to not ignore those thoughts that arenโt aligned, because they may pop up again. instead of bottling unwanted thoughts and emotions, remind yourself that you created them. remind yourself that they have no power and remind yourself that you are safe in your mind to feel what you want. you donโt need anyoneโs permission to feel bliss.
what i recommend you do is you meditate on your desired feeling every day. this can only be for a minute, but doing this consistently certainly helps you maintain the thoughts and feelings you want to experience.
The transformation of self requires that we meditate on a given phrase, a phrase which implies that our ideal is realized, and inwardly affirm it over and over and over again until we are inwardly affected by its implication, until we are possessed by it. Hold fast to your noble inner convictions or "conversations.โ - Neville Goddard
a mental diet is also analogous with a food diet. everyone needs food just as everyone needs to think thoughts.
The question is, if our thoughts can be seen as food, are you eating the finest food and drinking the highest quality of wines? Or are you settling for food that taste okay, however not necessarily special. Or even worse are you eating foods that can be poisonous? Are your thoughts made with the finest finest ingredients? You can think of the meal as the State and the ingredients are the thoughts that come from the State. - Edward Art

please read at least this paragraph to the end. i know many people roll their eyes and scroll when they are told to apply the law of assumption, be persistent and ignore 3d. you may think that this is long, tedious and will not work, and youโd better try that new x method, thanks to which you will definitely shift or enter the void tonight. โi have difficult circumstances. i need this today. i donโt want to waste time on the law of assumptionโ. okay, and how many of โthose nightsโ have passed? how many years have you been trying? how many times have you achieved success after making such statements? how many times have you disregarded the law and woken up again in this reality without your desires? and how many more years are you going to waste your time? break the cycle. in a week in goddess state, you will achieve more than if you tried a new method every day for a year

by reacting to 3d, you do not allow new assumptions to form in your subconscious. imagine that 3d asks again and again if you are sure that you have mastered void, shifting realities, lucid dreaming, etc. โare you sure? are you 100% sure? but you said before that you always fail. i don't think you're sure. look, you woke up again in this reality without desires. what? do you really believe what you're saying? i ask you again, are you absolutely sure?โ. instead of giving a positive answer every time, you immediately give up and scroll through tumblr looking for a new method. you must be persistent, even if you do not get what you want in 3d after a week, a month or a year
(this is a bit of an exaggeration because i said it as an example., but i forbid you to think that manifestation lasts that long. โboth 3d and 4d always show me only what i want to see. my 3d instantly reflects my 4d,โ โ this is your new assumption, whether you like it or not)
if you have negative thoughts, and we most likely will, then immediately replace them with positive ones. negative thoughts also include anticipation of desire. remind yourself again and again that you already have what you want and you are not waiting for it to manifest itself. if you catch yourself thinking that you are waiting for your manifestation, then remind yourself that you already have it

important part. manifest your desires. solve any problems using the law of assumption. you can do it right now, you don't have to wait until you enter the void or shift. it's easy. all you have to do is decide. iโm not asking you to affirm, listen to subliminals, do sats, etc. you just need to think that you already have everything you want and be persistent in this assumption
want a new phone? ok, just decide that it's already yours. you don't have to try to enter the void tonight to manifest a new phone. do you have the flu? decide that you are always healthy (by the way, this does not mean that you should not take medications. take them, but be persistent in the assumption that you never get sick). again, you don't even have to move your fingers. besides, negative beliefs will not make your life better. do negative thoughts fulfill your desires? no, so why pay attention to them? just enjoy the feeling of fulfilled desire. just enjoy the fact that you always get what you want

my honest opinion: if you are not able to be persistent, your desire is not that important to you. if you react to 3d and give up, then you donโt want to change your life so much. in order to manifest what you want, you need to be persistent in a new assumption
4d is true reality, 3d is a mirror. live in your imagination, live in the end, only then will 3d reflect your new assumptions and beliefs. these people achieved success because they accepted that imagination is the only reality. you are no worse than them. you can be persistent. and you will be persistent
know that your failure will not affect my life in any way. but it will affect you. if you finally become persistent, then you will get everything you dreamed of all that time. do it for yourself. do it for the sake of experimentation. what if you succeed?
METHODS
let's start with the method of manifestation. all i require you to do is decide, be persistent, ignore 3d, replace negative thoughts with positive ones. this is literally the basis of the law of assumption
in addition to this, you may want to use manifestation methods such as robotic affirmations, subliminals, sats, meditation, etc. overall i'm 50% okay with it. everything is fine as long as you don't put methods on a pedestal. if you start to think that without following one of the methods you will not be able to manifest your desires, then this is a red signal. just relax. you will shift, enter the void void, do astral projection, etc., even if you donโt repeat affirmations from morning to evening or donโt listen to your entire playlist. donโt force yourself to lie on your back and visualize the desired reality during sats. do what you like and when you want it. affirm, visualize, make mood boards, etc., but donโt make it a mandatory action. don't force yourself to do anything you don't want to do. and remember you change 4d and 3d, not methods

if you catch yourself thinking that you are waiting for manifestation, immediately change this thought to a positive one. forget about waiting and worry. these feelings will not make your life better. forget about such nonsense as time lag
CIRCUMSTANCES
i know many of you may have difficult circumstances. but thinking about it you only complicate your life. your thoughts, assumptions and beliefs create your reality. please ignore 3d and your life will become much easier. know that people before you have succeeded in unbearable circumstances (poverty, abuse, death of loved ones, illness). they had doubts just like you, but they lived in the end and were persistent (+ this)
this doesn't mean you can't cry or be angry. no matter what you do, only what you think has power. give vent to your emotions, but be persistent in the fact that you have already succeeded. yes, it can be difficult and unusual, but you have to do it if you want to get rid of undesirable circumstances once and for all
do you have painful periods? cry, donโt hold back your tears, but insist that this is not so. be persistent in the fact that you have pain-free periods
are your abusive parents beating you again? scream and cry with anger, hit the pillow, but please ignore the 3d. repeat again and again that you are already in your desired reality, where you have loving parents

To summarize: how to shift + loa + divinity is fake + answer to "why can't I shift" PART 1
When you strip away the quantum buzzwords, shifting is about redefining your sensory data. Right now, your brain is locked onto this reality because its reacting to what your eyes see and what your hands touch. To shift, you have to make your Dr more "real" to your awareness than the room you are currently sitting in.
Pick one specific sensation, just one. Thats the logic between "wr scent" or "script that a song will play when you shift" advices. It could be easy things like lavender, chocolate or your favorite perfume and as for sounds it could be sea waves, phone ringing or like I said , a song.
Force the 3d to match this. As you lie there, tell yourself "the reason I feel this bed under me is because it's my Dr bed." If you hear a car outside, itโs a car outside your Dr house. Youu are reinterpreting your current environment until your brain accepts the new context.
So many of you are done with loa, but usually, thatโs because people use it as a magic spell. In reality, its a mental filter. If you wake up and think "dammit, im still here," you have just successfully manifested being here. Wake up and decide "im currently in my dr, but my vision hasn't fully rendered yet. Iโm just going about my morning until the 3d catches up." It removes the frantic energy. You arent a seeker anymore, you know this reality is fleeting and temporary.
The biggest irony of shifting is that the more desperate you are to leave, the more you anchor yourself to the reality youโre trying to escape. Desperation is a massive tether to your cr. Think of it like this; if youre trying to fall asleep, and you stare at your eyelids and scream at your brain to SLEEP NOW, you will stay awake all night. Shifting requires that same letting go that falling asleep does.
Youve seen behind the curtain, you know the "one life, then dust" narrative is a scam and once you know that, you can't exactly go back to being a normal person. Treat this reality like a pre rcorded video. If youโre watching a movie and the main character is in jail, you don't panicking thinking you are in jail. You know you're the one sitting in the theater. When you wake up here, look at your walls and think "cute. Nice projection. But I know where I actually am." Do not let the 3d have the final word on your identity.
If you feel anxious version of yourself rising up, check these three things:
- Am I seeking proof? (If yes, you're acting like a mortal, when you're pure awareness and SHOULDN'T hand your power to anyone or anything else.)
- Am I waiting for a shift to happen? (If yes, you're placing the power outside yourself.)
- Am I defining myself by my current surroundings? (If yes, you're letting the 3d tell you youre bounded by this reality's rules instead of the pure awareness).
