Here at the end of August, my bag of summer harvested marigolds has grown large enough to do an extraction bath and dye some cloth. Ultimately what I dye in this marigold bath is going to also be dipped into the fermentation vat so I can get some lovely greens. Most of it is silk and some will be cotton or linen.
