Bison behind glass at the Rom. I want to mess more with in between tones. So as to define the true dark where the reflections darkness meets the darkness of the form. -A few beautiful light reflection. I'll try to get a painting like this

I went to the Rom today. Animals are fun but it's a different energy than that of live ones. I need to draw more alive animals. To caputure and communicate my idea of their life.

Oil paintings! Aluminum portrait grade linen and gesso board. I can't take full credit for the one with the lemon skull. I painted that with a former teacher who taught me how to stretch that stuff.

Collaging is very fun. I am working on an oil painting with similar collage considerations. Last one is a quick attempt at character building. I need to work on anatomy.
