Sixteen years ago... 🌿

There are photographs that don't simply capture a moment—they hold a heartbeat.

This one takes me back to Palmetto, Florida, when laughter filled the air, my children were close by, and life seemed to move a little slower. Time has carried us to different places, but it could never lessen the love that binds us together.

Today my heart feels the distance a little more. One of my sons is facing a super typhoon in Guam, while the others are following their own paths many miles away. As I sit quietly, I find comfort in the memories that remind me how blessed I truly am.

So tonight, I'm choosing gratitude over loneliness, hope over worry, and faith over fear.

May the winds grow still, may every journey lead safely home, and may we all find our way back to the people who will forever be our greatest blessing. ❤️🌻
