They have phases where they keep arguing over little insignificant things all the time. There’s still some conflict over Mary’s past and John’s and Sherlock’s behavior, so it comes to the surface as smaller arguments sometimes. Sherlock is always the first to apologize. They make up with cuddling and doing nice things for each other.

John and Rosie surprise Sherlock and Molly with a dalmatian puppy the birthday after "The Lying Detective" and Sherlock allows his goddaughter to name it. She names it Cow because of the fact it's black and white and spotted like a cow, but eventually the name turns into Bluebell.

After they get together, Mary makes it a point not to wear Clair de Lune any time she'll be around other people; she only wears it around Sherlock.

Janine and Anthea were well acquainted before Janine ever met Sherlock; they had attended the same college and even gone on a few dates. After the "relationship" between Sherlock and Janine imploded, Anthea took the opportunity to renew her acquaintance and eventually left Mycroft's service to stay in Sussex Downs with Janine.

When Sally and Molly began dating, Molly took note of the various specialty products Sally used for her hair and skin and made sure she had them on hand in her own place so that if Sally wanted to spend the night she didn't need to run home early to shower in the morning. Sally was so touched because no one else had been that considerate of her needs before.

Sherlock's favorite Disney movie as a child was Fantasia, and he had no idea a sequel had been made in 2000 until he saw it at Molly's home while he was using it as a bolthole. After she walked in on him pretend playing the violin along with "The Sorcerer's Apprentice," she bought him his own copy of both DVDs and swiped his iPod to add the music from both movies to it, which she was surprised he didn't already have.

Toby actually liked Jim and would curl up on his lap when Jim was at Molly's home. He never told her he had an allergy to cats because he decided it was actually somewhat pleasant. He just took an antihistamine before he'd go over.

Jim's favorite type of cologne has notes of gunpowder in it to remind him of Seb.
