really like this vibingleaf video. like theyre kinda hit or miss for me, but i went through a phase where i watched his vids AAAAALLLLL the time. hes really got a knack for making things look really creepy and uncanny, but sometimes his vids end up feeling kinda formulaic & boring. This one im bviously biased towards, cuz im the December Holiday Gurgling Farter, buuuut i also just generally think he GETS it when it comes to dess & his style of video really fit her...
video starts with a black screen that says "FIND" at the top, the game itself is this really shitty puzzle game, the startup screen has a black silhouette of who im guessin is dess, then the puzzles start. Two young deer(elly & dess?) a Christmas card, & then a little fawn, notably scattered in MANY more pieces than any of the other images(possibly dess scattered thru the code?)
& when that puzzles finished the game starts talking, it already said some things before, "hello" "anyone", but now its more outward, "has it been days, hours" "if someone told me it had been years id believe them", this text is directly taken from the lang JSON files as some of u alr know.
The next & final image is what appears to be the shelter, then the screen flashes the text "FOUND". A videoclip plays showing some unidentifiable silhouette being slowly revealed by a light, & the last screen is a face, which i assume to be Dess, or what's left of her.
The people in the comments seem to all agree noelle is the one playing... but if so, whys the video called Dess Holiday Gaming? Moreso, the very few added commentary in the video dont rlly seem like Noelle-like. Someone suggested this could be a representation of Dess hallucinating,but im also unsure about that interpretation...
its a good video, but what i rlly like is the general idea of Dess trying desperately to communicate through any means necessary, inserting herself into some shitty videogames & looking for anyone to respond to her calling, to find her. If the general consensus is right, & the one playing is supposed to be Noelle, then its Dess trying her hardest to get through to her sister, & communicate wit her through the videogames she knows Elly loves... IDK its a really chilling thought, trying to get somebody to answer your desperate callings for help & they don't even acknowledge you. Noelle, your sister is rotting.
