I just think the LGBT and aspec communities would benefit more from being allies to each other, and not under the same umbrella, if that makes sense

The anger and frustration of having dysphoria fits very well into what we believe a man should be. It’s easy to redirect my insecurities into it. Of course, my ideals and beliefs go against it, but the struggle weighs heavily.
