Putting plurality into a single category is impossible because there is no right way to be plural. Plurality is not a disorder, nor do you need one to be plural. Minds are quite diverse and not everyone will fit a single category. If your plurality comes from trauma, neurodivergence, loneliness, boredom, or even just wanting company, you're valid.
