Unreachable

im gonna take a small break...ill be back on later tonight my depression just kind of hit me hard and i really want to cry tbh...so later

His foot lifted off the ground slightly, instinctively moving at the sight of his brother, before being set back down again. In a rare show of uncertainty, Sasuke worried his bottom lip. The sight of Itachi alone shook him to the core, not to mention the current state he was in. He looked too frail, too vulnerable, it was stirring up emotions the nin didn’t want to feel. 

The pain was starting to get to him, brows stitched together as he concentrated on the patch of ground before him. His head felt too light, the slow trickle of blood from his eye blurring his vision. If he kept this up, the Uchiha was bound to pass out from blood loss and fatigue. But Sasuke was well, Sasuke -- Stubbornness and pride were embedded deep in his bones. Staying silent, he opted to ignore Itachi’s presence entirely.
