#staycation to East Ireland. Took a bus from Cork to Dungarvan. First attempt at camping in 3 years. Well it seems Ireland saved sunshine for my holidays! Dungarvan is a glorious town, great atmosphere. On every corner there is a bike hire, I highly recommend. 40km cycled without even touching the greenway, so I'll have to come again! The famous Shandon Bells ‘The Four Faced Liar’ of Cork City. Highlights: 360 degree views of the city at 120ft. Ringing the bells. View the internal workings of the clocks and 18th Century bells. Cork airport a pleasant place to fly from. Only 8 gates, no long walks. Friendly atmosphere! Worth the extra bit you will pay over a flight from Dublin. 9:05 bus (15min trip) from the city for a 10:25 flight!
