Sha-Joe-King

I was a wreck this weekend. Just full throttle don’t stop drinking even after I know I’ve had too much. I felt distant from my friends and family the past few weeks. I want to close the gap but I don’t think there’s a gap to close. I want to get closer with my friends, I just want to chill and hangout watching stupid videos or whatever. I don’t know if I can take the first step. I don’t know how my friends feel so I close them out. I’m either all or nothing when I am putting effort into something I am realizing. I can’t exist in the middle ground, that is where I fall apart. This flight delay has given me time to think and reflect on things. My friends are great and I miss them. I’ve been feeling anxious since I left the house Sunday afternoon up until now.
