I recently underwent a transformation
And I'm still going through it. I reckon it will last my entire time here on earth. It has been amazing, so I wanted to put this out there. In 2016 December I was desperately searching for a way to cure a bad lower back pain. I found yoga. I did yoga religiously since January 2017. The cure felt like a miracle. It was a miracle. One that anyone can manifest with some dedication. Next in august of 2017, I decided it was time to become lean. So started with the last thing that worked for me and that was Ketogenic diet I read and listened to a lot of podcasts. Gained a deep understanding of my body mechanics. Then I stacked intermittent fasting on top of ketosis around September. It felt amazing! And then I started working out fasted and keeping 2-3 day fasts. And then a time of deep personal strife happened. And this caused me to focus on my spiritual journey and the reason behind my nagging dissatisfaction with life. I started meditating and that was the beginning of a shift in perspective. Since we must each work our way through this, I can't really talk about this much. But here's a list of books that have helped me on my journey since the beginning of 2017. I hope it will help you too. Deep Work - helped me understand how to build discipline around work and get things done. Think and grow rich - helped me understand how much our thoughts influence us. The power of now - and this gave me the clue I was looking for and put everything in to perspective.
