Yeah! It’s kinda mind-blowing to see anything regarding Yume Nikki anymore. I’m hoping it’s an anime, but I’m not going to get my hopes up.

It’s a shame really, because a decent amount of Urotsuki was animated out.

Thanks! Usually my process is to make simple parts in Photoshop, more complex parts in After Effects, and then combine them all together with some fixes in Animate/Flash. Then it’s brought back into Photoshop for color-correction and further tweaking.

All’s good. I’ve been making some effects I can’t really show for Smash Crusade. When its next update is public, I’ll be able to post some of the stuff I’ve made. 

It’s in an indefinite limbo from my understanding, unfortunately.

I wanted to try making Smash 4′s “Death Hit Spark” for awhile now. I had trouble getting the correct “flow” for the lightning, so it’s far from perfect. I think it turned out pretty cool all and all though.

If you want to use it for whatever reason, feel free, just give me credit.

The best way to describe it would be in limbo I guess. I've talked with our main/sole programmer about it and according to him, he's had very little time to work on the new engine. Probably because he's in the process of getting another game done to be sold on steam.We've also lost a lot of morale since our stage designer left as. That entire ordeal was exhausting to say the least... They also thought it would be appropriate to delete some stuff from our dev dropbox, so that didn't really help. After that conflict was I guess "resolved," I got a little angry with the group as a whole for how the situation was handled by both parties and took a hiatus for myself to work on my own stuff for a little while. But I haven't left the group.So I wouldn't say the game is totally fucked (at least not yet) but at the same time, nothing is really getting done at the moment, so I wouldn’t consider it in a good spot. Personally, I want us to make a final push to get Urotsuki done and just drop the project, because getting anything passed her done seems kinda unrealistic. And I'd rather the work everyone's put into the project pay off, at least to a degree.I hope that clears some stuff up. Our group is pretty ragtag to say the least.I’ll probably regret saying some of these things later, but I mean... it’s what happened. There isn’t much that can be done about it at this point.
