Ayahuasca Experience Day Two: ••• Toward the end of my second ceremony, my mind began spitting out a number of personal mantras and phrases of advice. This journey into my (sub/un)conscious was much more intuitive and reflective, as is generally the case with recipients of this medicine. Revealed to me were many epiphanies that I believe did and will help me grow and overcome traumas rooted in a dark past. • The room was also dark, but I came prepared with a pen and a notebook. I wrote everything that came into thought on one page. When I was able to review the page in light, I was presented with a jumble of blue ink scribbles. Alphabet soup, so to speak. I did my best to mentally remember and decipher what I could from the florally decorated paper. I rewrote them and ended up with 19 mantras in total. I transcribed them below. I believe there are a few more written down that I can’t quite make out, but will continue to examine the page until I do figure them out, or am able to draw them from my foggy memory once again. • FYI, 19 is one of my favourite/lucky numbers. S is the 19th letter of the alphabet. My birthday is 07 December, and 7 plus 12 equates to 19. ••• 1. Stop living in discomfort. 2. Have sex! 3. Drink water. 4. Animals are our friends. 5. Record your thoughts. 6. Read more books. 7. I [originally “You” but struck through] have a voice that deserves to be heard!!! 8. Secrets don’t provide security. 9. Love freely. 10. Eleva tu vida = Elevate your life. 11. Speak up when something is bothering you. 12. Dare to be comfortable. 13. Unblock your chakras! 14. Be brave + bold. 15. Let go of what’s holding you back. 16. It’s ok to be tired. Let your mind rest. 17. My dreams are MY REALITY!!! 18. You are holding evil in your gut. 19. Ayahuasca Experience Day One: ••• “Heal me Pachamama. Protect me Pachamama. I surrender to you Pachamama.” • I made a pact with Mother Earth to allow her to treat me with Her medicine, so long as I am able to keep dual control of MY BODY as I need or desire it. She tempted me, She convinced me more than once, but it was a test of personal strength and internal willpower. It wasn’t a matter of winning or losing against myself or Pachamama. It was a matter of synergising *with* Her! I resisted Her calls the way a son does to his mother. Always with love, but simultaneously in Rebellion! reLOVEution • I miss my cat Linus. He is my best friend and got me… I just finished vomiting :( for the first time since the ceremony 4.5 hours later. Ironic! ^^ • I promised Pachamama if I can make it through the ritual without vomiting or defecating, I will purge all the evil + negative energy afterwards. She kept Her word. I kept mine.
