how to take care of your sick little

☁️ wrap them up in a fuzzy blanket!

✨ cuddle them!!!

☁️ make sure they drink lots of water because hydration is key!

✨ make them soup. it’s scientifically proven that chicken soup helps when you're sick.

☁️ warm baths!

✨ head kisses are the best!

☁️ just be there for them. remind them to blow their nose when they're sniffling and make them tons of hot drinks for their throat! :)

☁️ brush your teeth

✨ eat a good breakfast

☁️ brush your hair

✨ use the potty even if you don't have to

☁️ take your medicine

✨ drink some water

☁️ have a few snacks

✨ take a nap if you need one

calling all caregivers and littles! age regression isn't always cute and fun. sometimes it's snotty crying and being grumpy pants at everything and everyone which is completely fine! it's all going to be alright. you're allowed to cry. your little is allowed to cry. please don't think otherwise. let yourself and your little express the emotions they need.

please remember that not all littles are good at communication so they might need some time to express what is wrong or happening in their life. another thing, take your time to listen to your little. that's very important.
