SFTH Couples Battle Royale

Hi! After a few weeks of a break from Tumblr (or fandom, in general) I am back, with a special gift for you! Yes, that's right, a new tournament is beginning and this time around you are going to vote for the best SFTH couple ever! Wah-hoo!

Now, some ground rules before we begin:

1. 5 new polls are going to drop each day at noon GMT+1 and each poll is going to last 3 days (if you were around for my last tournament, you know the drill). After each batch of polls end, I am going to make an update post to inform you of the results.

2. To not clutter the main 'shoot from the hip' tag, the polls are going to be tagged with the 'sfth battle royale' tag, so if you want to vote throughout the tournament, make sure to follow this blog, check the aforementioned tag each day for new polls or follow the tag itself. Only the update posts are going to make it into the main tag (if you were around for my last tournament, you know the drill).

3. The range of longforms is 1-58 and only the publicly available ones on yt. No patreon longforms or longforms released after the 7th of August are going to make it into the tournament. Still, some longforms are going to sit out this tournament because of a lack of a canonical ship in that longform (for example, #4 The Dark Moons of Slough or #34 Moist and Magical are not participating because of a lack of romantic subplot in them.)

4. The first round of the tournament are going to be preliminaries- some longforms have more than 1 possible ship and only one per longform is allowed. Some longforms are going to sit out the preliminaries since they have only one ship in them.

5. Both canonical and fanon ships are participating (did I make this rule mostly because of Clamanda? ....maybe.). For a fanon ship to appear, there has to be: 1. Romantic subtext or just text in the longform; or 2. I must have seen people ship them before; or 3. I think the inclusion of this particular ship would be funny or I just personally like it. However, the characters in that ship must come from the same longform, so no Old Lady Margaery x Ethel, because I don't have THAT much time and I don't know all the inter-longform ships floating around here and inevitably someone would send me a disappointed ask asking why Glup Shitto from longform 69 x Shlibabeerdoop from an unofficial video back from their university days is not included. Also, no shortform ships.
