Thanks for the question! Well, actually, I rely heavily on translators for my English. I can read, but I can't express myself very well. I have a background in Russian and Japanese, and currently Japanese is my most proficient foreign language. I'm not very good at either Russian or English, so I don't think I "can speak" them.
