Oops.

They refreshed and brightened it up, but the patina is still on the fireplace and stairs. Unfortunately, every single home I looked at this afternoon was redone in gray scale. If I'm not snow blind from white, I see nothing but gray.

They also "grayified" the wood trim, but again, they left the original fireplace. So, as a buyer you have 2 options: Leave it and add colorful furniture and decor, or repaint & wallpaper.

Nice large dining room. (Well, 1 out of 3 ain't bad, they painted this fireplace.)

The new kitchen doesn't look bad in dark and light gray.

I like the vintage sink and the stove in the original fireplace.
