here is our kitty Layla !!!

she belongs to our roommate, she is so so silly and sweet. i have never had a cat that loves being as silly as she does, she is also very playful. she loves announcing when she catches her toys every night, meowing proudly and trotting into the living room with the toy in her mouth.

she’s very vocal in general! i’ll say hi to her and she’ll mrrp back. we also have a few dresses she doesn’t mind wearing, in the 2nd photo she’s wearing what we call her princess dress :3

i love her sm, i can’t get a kitty of my own yet so she’s been filling that kitty-shaped void for me 💕

all my beloved kitties ! in case you all have not met them!

🌑 cinder : the second cat we brought home, technically my mom’s cat. he is 4 years old and is very affectionate !! he is somewhat skittish but will always love cuddles and playtime

🥞 fika : the newest member of the family! she is 3 months old and very shy. she caught my eye at the shelter for being an orange girl (not all that common) and she purrs so loud when we pet her! she already trusts me quite a bit as well

🪽 whiskey sour : my first kitty, my angel baby. he was and still is the light of my life. he was brought to our shelter with a broken leg that needed to be amputated. i fought very hard to take him home, and even had other people try to take him first. he was the most gentle, loving cat ever. he and cinder knew each other for about a year. unfortunately whiskey had extreme congenital issues and passed at almost 2 years old. he lives on in me forever!

🪄 merlin : my boy!! after whiskey passed, cinder cried and cried every day. it took a few months for me to feel some sort of spark with any cat, and it ended up being this kitten with 27 toes! he is now 1 year old and loves playing more than anything !
