c r a p, she hadn’t meant that. Of course she hadn’t meant that. But it’s been said and it’s out there — venom in an already deep wound.

    The words were already spoken and despite still riding the waves of that      vodka she'd choked down at Emily's dinner party, they were strong enough       to have an impact. She wasn't trying to put anyone in harms way, the       last thing Hanna wanted was for any of her friends to be hurt                  even Alison.
