Talk more positive to myself. Talk to God more. Pray to Jesus.
Fear God. Live in righteousness.
Put action behind my faith.
Put God’s will above my own understanding.
Spend time with people I love or doing things I love.
Be more grateful & make offerings.
Build a closer relationship with Jesus and God.
Bible study, read scriptures/ Bible verses.
Watch videos related to God and Jesus.
Say I love you to myself three times a day.
Take showers daily as a way to clear my mind.
Do productive things that will help me & others feel better.
Journal, confront feelings, thoughts, & fears I didn’t even know were there.
Make time for breathing exercises.
Give myself time; have patience. Accept myself.
Don’t judge my feelings. Don’t overly criticize myself.
Be more compassionate and understanding with myself.
Set boundaries; stop letting people in or come back so easily.
Trust yourself more than anyone else.
Seek answers from the Holy Spirit & God, not in another person or myself. Unless I am truly in need of advice & someone is trusted, listen.
Be more creative and passionate.
Be colorful. Allow color into my life.
Find ways to be more positive.
Meditate in ways that bring me peace and serenity.
Express my feelings and opinions even if it’s just to myself, but God hears everything & knows all my thoughts.
Set small goals for myself.
Find creative ways to inspire myself & others.
Prove myself worthy to no one, but God.
Fear God, make good decisions.
Know that my feelings are valid.
Observe my body responses.
Trust in Jesus with all my heart & God shall
bless, pray often aloud, believe.
