It’s crazy how little changes can really change your life in a larger aspect. Recently I switched jobs, I have been working out more, drinking less than I was before, got rid of some toxic people in my life and gained some really great friendships. Some people may think my life has gotten boring, that I’m not living life on the edge or having fun, but the thing is, all these changes have made me genuinely happier than I have been in a really long time. I’m not as stressed, I have been feeling better about myself, and I’m still trying to be productive in life and yet I still have fun when I have time to. There are still some things that I wish were different, and still some goals I would like to accomplish in life, but I’m not going to beat myself up over it. It may be taking longer for me than others, but I’m taking small steps every day and that’s all that matters.
