Sehun first met Jessica through the SNU retreat and didn’t expect much from it. It was just a friendly game where she helped the girl get through the playful football game. So he sort of ended up with her phone number, with a hint of probably something more. He isn’t that interested in romance these days, he’s already got his mind in too deep about a certain ex-girlfriend and he didn’t need to add any more to his burdens. But still, Jessica had been nice, or nice enough to insult him so straightforwardly, and he didn’t think it’d do him any harm to take her out on a little friendly date.

there's no way.. it's clearly a big fat no-no marked on her checklist, jessica for sure had no intention of getting herself into such a messy plate. it was just a football game, an awkward meeting and nothing more than exchanging names and practically, acknowledging one another's very existence. god, even if she wanted to pretend he just didn't exist it was a lie, jessica clenched her fists at the thought of him and wanted to shake him off her head. she's going head over heels, not exactly a concept she was fond of.

"there's nothing going on--"

she tells herself another time, staring at her own reflection in the mirror and eyes darted on her face, consulting herself not to touch her phone or dig back through the contact list just to find his number or even his name. she places her hands on her lap and tells herself to calm down, letting out a couple of sighs until she reconfigured herself that she's going to be okay.
