Sensational September!

Hi! I’m Kate and this is Day 1 of Sensational September! Done cooking Peri-Peri chicken for my family. I’m so glad they loved it.

Day 2 of Sensational September! One of the best exercises for my scoliosis is plank workout. Here’s a picture of me doing a 5-minute plank to improve my posture and to keep my body healthy.

Day 3 of Sensational September! Listening to music has become a part of my daily routine. Without music, life will be dull.

Day 4 of Sensational September! Thank God It’s Friday! Today, I have decided to free myself from doing school requirements and just watch a movie.

Day 5 of Sensational September! Good food is good mood. After an early morning jog, I have decided to drink a lot of water and treat myself with good food.

Day 6 of Sensational September! After a long period of time, I finally cleaned my room. It feels good to declutter my room and let go of the things that are not really necessary.

Day 7 of Sensational September! Now that people are not allowed to go outside due to this pandemic crisis, my friends and I have decided to spend quality time by playing the trending game Among Us online. Today is indeed a Merry Monday.

Day 8 of Sensational September! There’s nothing more calming than the sound of music. For me, playing a musical instrument is my way of expressing myself.

Day 9 of Sensational September! I started my day with 50 jumping jacks. I feel so energized!

Day 10 of Sensational September! Gardening is one of the things that I really love to do. Aside from the fact that it is therapeutic, it also strengthens my bond with my mom.

Hello! I’m Juan and this is day 11 of Sensational September! It’s now my turn to share with you 10 days of my sensational life in September! I’ve been craving Mcnuggets for weeks already so today I finally decided to order it! It was so yummy.

Day 12 of Sensational September! I was able to reduce my screen time by doing this stickers by the number painting! It was so relaxing to do.

Day 14 of Sensational September! It has now been 2 weeks since we started doing activities for our mental health. Today, after doing my assignments, I played Mobile Legends with my friends and they helped me obtain this prize!

Day 15 of Sensational September! Today, I’ve decided to read this book in Physics because we have a Long Quiz next week. The lessons were hard but I think I learned some of it.

Day 16 of Sensational September! To start my day, I decided to exercise so I did some squats. I also found out that it’s only 100 days before Christmas today. Merry Christmas!

Day 17 of Sensational September! Today I decided to open up my journal and write things. I used my 2019 planner since it still has a lot of space. It was relaxing.
