“Churnet Valley is essentially our local crag and we have visited many a time. As the long summer evenings draw in, it’s easy to sucked into a routine of an evening bouldering session after work. The Churnet has an array of bouldering, whether you like it powerful, overhanging, slabby, or super highball - it has it all. If you want to test your pulling power this is the place to go. A rough, pebble-ridden sandstone conglomerate greets your with no regard for your skin, or tendons, with pockets galore. So many awesome days out there, wishing we had the good weather back during this monsoon-esque, warm British winter.” - James
