I don’t even know of the chemistry that manga readers claim there is between Dabi and Hawks I just take their word for it.

Hirikoshi has already made gay coded soulmatey connections with this idea of being someone “sun”. I mean Mirio and Amajiki. I mean one literally woke up from a battle induced faint of sorts because the other’s quirk was destroyed while MANYROOMS away from each other.

And the constant connection between Hawks and Icarus is not accidental (given the recent manga update).
