On the 5th of March we will be performing at the WANTED talent show in the Winston Kingdom, Amsterdam. WANTED is a competition for Hip Hop talent in Holland and the show at the Winston is our chance at spot in the finals.

These finals will be held April 5th in the Melkweg, Amsterdam. At these event a lot of great prizes are to be won and we really hope we'll make it there.

Show in Hoogeloon

The St Joris orchestra gave a annual concert in Hoogeloon yesterday. The concept was St Joris & Friends so they asked me to appear on one song with Rochelle (winner of X Factor 2011).

We performed our own version of the song "Crazy in Love" and the crowd fell in love with it. It turned out to be a successful evening thanks to the crowd, orchestra and guest appearances by many wonderful artists. The picture below gives you a small impression of the show.

A little more than a month ago I decided to launch this website and put out some new music on Soundcloud. Since then my tracks have been played 2000 times and downloaded over 200 times, which is great.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you for this support and tell you there is still so much more to come. I'm working on various new projects and songs at the moment, plus I'm rehearsing with my band to bring these songs to a stage near you.

I'll keep you up to date on the progress I make with these projects and rehearsals and I'll keep putting out new tracks. So again thank you all for the support and keep an eye out for more to come!

1988

I've been in the studio today recording a short track about 1988. This is the year I was born and a lot of people consider this period to be the heyday of Hip Hop. Artist like NWA, Run DMC and Public Enemy were building a foundation for Hip Hop to become as succesful as it is today.

I don't necessarily think music in those days was better than it is now but I still feel like I need pay my respect to those who came before me.

I'll upload this track on friday, so stay tuned for a new tune.
