Long story short, I’m in need of surgery tomorrow. I originally thought the pain was coming from something I’ve had before, but as it became worse and worse over the course of the week, a trip to the doc’s confirmed that it wasnt what i thought it was.

It’s just a small operation, but my condition could become much much worse if I don’t get it done.

In the past, its been noted that I don’t react well to anesthesia. And naturally, I’m a bit nervous.

You might not know what happened to me not so long ago.

I was working on some dinosaur animations when the prehistoric creature preset contest had been announced. I’d only done the idle, walk, run and jump, but I left it there to continue on with my bigger project of my Aquatic animations, since I didn’t know when my computer would go ka-put.

not too long later- I’d estimate two-three weeks, I found that someone was doing animations, being the one who has introduced this fad to Feral Heart, I’m always interested with what other people come up with.. I scroll and see the usual canine and feline… but then I saw that, that person had not too long ago, posted an update with dinosaur animation, looking almost exactly and moving exactly like mine.Now- I’m usually a reasonable person, I try to keep my cool as I’m usually a level-headed person, but this really, really upset me, because I was planning to continue with those animations and try to correct them to make it look better like a Dromeosaur than a prognated- bunny-handed lizard from hell. But seeing that someone had copied my idea and had almost copied what I was doing n the two poses I had shown off- it made me NOT want to animate, it made want to throw my hands up and just say “well- whatever, it’s yours now, you’re a thief and you took it from me, have fun.”I did post about it, some posts weren’t my most level headed and I decided to delete some out of good taste.

So- I don’t mind or care if someone had been working for weeks or days on the same exact or similar pounce-and-slash animations I have been working on and figuring out on what I need to do and how I need to do it.they can go ahead and say ‘I was hear first’ and blow raspberries.what they can’t do, is steal my ideas and post them as my own- you get that a lot in the animation world and the art world as tracing and ideas.
