The time has come, where you pack your valuables, clean your clothes and book your flight. Where your passport is wedged in hand, eyes teary and a faint smile glimmering along your face. This is where you wave goodbye, sign yourself away and hope that the adventure ahead is what you long desired. Welcome aboard the Medusa, the journey is about it begin.

Orientation marks the beginning of school, where you are stripped of your past life and given anew. Starting off is what most long for, a new beginning in which those around you have little knowledge of your existence. It is time to meet new people, test different boundaries and throw yourself out into the world once closed off before. Open your eyes and see the wonders, explore the culture and take in the atmosphere. Let the ship sail, stand on deck and watch as your casted away into a new light.

The first several days of orientation are dedicated to starting anew. Students and employee’s, alike, are placed together in games which are set to build both friendship and teamwork. With your respective houses marking each portion of the deck, students and employees must work together in several games to boost your house up in its ranking. The house with the most points by the end of the month will be specially rewarded with a trip and trophy!

this event will run from 5pm EST on Friday the 19th to 5pm EST on Tuesday the 23rd.

Each day, there will a different task that students and employee’s must complete. By completing these tasks, you will be accumulating a certain amount of points. These points will work towards special perks that will be released at a later date.

Day One: Post a starter and reply to another (10 pts.)

Day Two: Finish the first task posted, introduce your character (10 pts.)

Day Three: Write a journal entry of your characters departure from home (20 pts.)

Day Four: Post a moodboard of your character (5 pts.)
