I am ending my Pass 1 with more questions than answers, and I think that’s a good thing. I am looking forward to fully immersing myself and unraveling the hidden doors of self-care. Again these are my innovation objectives:

to divert from Western standards and help Filipinos identify with their own and personal self-care routine

to encourage Filipinos to prioritize their own emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical well being

to elevate every Filipino’s quality of life by raising more awareness on the importance of self-care
