That is right! During Sonic AU Collision I will essentially be doing an ask blog where you can ask just about any character from Two Motes of Golden Light questions! Our motes are the main stars of the show, but here's the full list of who you can ask:

Chapter 2 of my fic for the @sthbigbang event is up now! This is where the action picks up, and we finally have a lot from the star of this show, Sonic!
Hehe. This chapter was funny because it was the moment I realized how out of hand this was going to get. I estimated it would be one of the shortest chapters. Instead, I wound up with 10k words. That's right. 10k words. Which I just dropped. So come over and read, Star Shards!
Sonic defeated The End. They watched him pierce through the husk of Supreme and the threat in the sky, all in a second, colored cyan and shooting into the night like a star. First came joy. They waited for him to return to them, Emeralds in hand. Then came worry.
He never came down.
Across dimensions, the Ancients were victorious. The Pilots vanquished The End, and got to return to their new home, alive, after fighting the greatest battle their people had ever witnessed. Crane can return to helping the people, Dragon to guiding the next generation, Snake to helping their troops recover, and Tiger to building the greatest machines to ever be made by their people. That, however, is all cut short when a boy comes falling from the sky, wrenching the Emeralds from their systems and sending the Islands into chaos. Their scans say he is ill, hurt, as if he'd just gone through great turmoil. The Emeralds answer to him like they have never answered their machines. He speaks of having defeated The End.
A child from another dimension.
Sonic is stuck in a dimension were the Ancients lived, victorious. They promised him a way to return home if he can simply wait for them to build it. And in the meantime, they show him what life was like for the civilization that has long since passed. They show him their homes and their weapons and their research and their customs. It seems like nothing more than a peaceful hiccup before he can get back to his friends.
But something is lurking in the shadows. Something sinister. Maybe this won't be a simple pit stop.
Sonic Big Bang 2026
That's right folks! This year, I joined the Big Bang! I've had a blast cooking up the 126k monstrosity for everyone to enjoy. Thank you to the absolutely lovely @sthbigbang folks for having the patience of saints and tolerating my total insanity.

Warped Perspective AU:
Eclipse the Darkling is a weapon. A weapon to be used. Nothing more. And there’s nothing else he’d rather be. He’s sure of that…when did he become sure of that? Right. When Shadow became a problem again. Eclipse thought they could finally be brothers, it was what he wanted from the start. Now, though, he’s been shown the “truth” about why Shadow or anyone else accepted him in the first place. To use him. Manipulate him. And when the time came? Kill him. So how foolish of Eclipse, to think he should do anything other than he was made for! This time, he will kill Shadow, and avenge his kind, even if it takes the help of the only mortal he trusts to do it. When and why did he begin to trust him? Didn’t he hate Starline before…? Doesn’t matter anymore. Eclipse will do anything to fulfill his intended purpose. Anything.
Shadow, on the other hand, is being forced to come to terms with all the things he’d tried to push away for the longest time after Eclipse goes missing. The truce made between him and Eclipse (with the help of Sonic, annoyingly) was messy, but whether Shadow wanted to admit it or not, it led to a bond later down the line. It led to Shadow…caring about that little alien. Genuinely. Even nowadays he can feel conflicted about that part, given all that happened in the past, everything with the black arms…and if there’s something Shadow is NOT good at, it’s being open about anything. The roles are reversed after Eclipse’s rescue, with Shadow (in his own special Shadow way) attempting to bring back a bond that currently doesn’t exist, and Eclipse wanting nothing more than his “brother” to face his downfall. Even the dark arms aren’t too fond of Shadow right now. And though he feels Eclipse has every right to hate him, Shadow is determined to put Starline’s influence over this whole situation to an end. The question remains: how?
Two Motes of Golden Light:
In line with the original ending of Frontiers, Sonic failed to save Sage. Simple as that. He failed to save a child who had barely even gotten to live.
He's failed to save so many over the years. But this is the straw that breaks the hedgehog's back. He willingly plunges himself into a time loop of madness, desperate to correct his mistake while loosing a little bit more of himself with every attempt, repeating Ouranous Island over and over, knowing that he selfishly cost his friends their happy endings to ease his own guilt. And he does so with only Star for company, a digital copy of himself made by The End as a way to mock him, who is not afraid to speak the truth about the mistakes Sonic has made.
But things turn out alright, in the end, as this AU is a rewrite of Frontiers that merges the best parts of all endings, and gives everyone involved a chance to shine. So as Horizons ended… A happy ending is in sight.
