I’ve spend 2 years in College studying arts but sadly had to leave for financial issues- so no- I’m not one of em artist with full on art degree or any experiences in the entertainment world- all of my arts are purely for fun-»
My Favorite game from the Sonic franchise gotta be : Frontier.
This is my first time developing on the Sonic ”art style ". I’ve first started digital art with anthropomorphic characters and when I’ve started receiving commissions orders from the furry community, I knew I could keep growing my own art style and eventually, creat something not too bad on my own!
2. About the AU
This is my very first AU- I have no idea how far I’m willing to make this but I’ve received many enthusiastic responses to my Fankid Oc : Comets!
My interest in the Sonic franchise is quite recent. Growing up, none of my family members had or- even knew anything related to sonic- its only once I saved enough to have my very own gaming setup that I’ve joined in! My knowledge of the canon lore is low but I’ll try my best to apply as much of it in this AU to keep it as natural as I can to the common fan-
This story was born while I was in difficulty with family and car problems. And a random idea pop up in my mind- what about a fanfic with my favourite ship have a child going trough family difficulty and car theme problem✨-! I think there’s a lot of myself in this oc then any other ones I’ve ever created!
3.About The OC
I believe some of you have experienced something similar to me- one random day in high school, you get asked: what do you want to be when you grow up? You have to know before college!
Well- I didn’t have an answer then- and I still don’t. I see my cousins and friends my age all going far in life-! Getting praises and encouragement, and I just, stay there. Working a boring 9-5 to pay student loans for a school I didn’t even enjoy. Living a boring life of always seeing the same people, always doing to same things everyday-
I wanted to create an OC with that : boring normal life. In this case: a Sonadow Fankid with none of his parents or families member exciting lifestyles or power. A completely normal mobian trying to survive in the world like any of us.
My 9-5 job have me working with teenagers so- I get a lot of inspiration for them to give Comet the sensitivity of a young teenager. As for what it come to his parents way of parenting-? A lot of it is purely fictional but also greatly influenced by the people around me-!
