willow’s transformation back into jeff is the most breathtaking show of emotions i have ever seen in my entire fucking life. watch these very closely, and let me give you some context: 

this is when kurt angle came in as general manager of tna/impact. jeff was being mistreated by dixie carter, the then general manager, so willow came forth to take control of jeff’s (and his) fate. he had his own run for a bit, but when kurt got there, jeff no longer needed to have his darker side be in control all the time. now, willow is very special to jeff, you can tell when you watch him talk about him or when he’s willow himself. jeff needs willow as much as willow needs jeff, and the above gifset is what occurs RIGHT after willow agrees to go back to jeff after kurt asks him. you can see the exact moment willow exits to give jeff room to come back. there are some other amazing moments that happen during this, so here’s the whole video if you’d like to watch, which i highly recommend doing. no one can ever tell me this man isn’t overflowing with talent. this shift in character is like nothing i have ever seen.

It’s arrogance.

If you turn to Chef Ramsay and admit that you’re lost, you’re stuck, you’ve got no idea, and you ask him for his help, he will help you.

He gets angry and mean when people assume they know best and refuse to see where the issues are in what they’re doing, and have trouble accepting criticism.
