IT'S REAL AAAAAAAAAA
I mentioned here earlier that there was supposed to be an eluvian in the Ossuary. Besides the script lines, the files still contain data for the image of the Ossuary shown when you approach the eluvian.
Each eluvian displays a screenshot/texture of the destination location, and each screenshot includes data that specifies the exact viewpoint from which it should be captured. There's no image of the Ossuary in the files, but the viewpoint data is still there.
I took a screenshot using this data and replaced the image of the Crossroads with it. This is roughly what the eluvian to the Ossuary was supposed to look like.
Untriggered lines during Harding's final fight with herself in the Deep Roads.
Bellara: Harding! You can fight this! I know it! Davrin: Harding, don't! This isn't you! Fight it! Emmrich: Fight this, Harding! Return to us! If Lucanis forgave Illario Lucanis: Harding, listen to yourself! Does that anger sound like yours? If Lucanis imprisoned Illario Lucanis: The elves aren't here! Pick your target! Otherwise Lucanis: Harding! This isn't you! If Neve is Dock Town's inspiration Neve: Lace, stop! Fight this! I know you can! If Neve is Dock Town's protector Neve: Damn it, Lace! Fight it! And don't back down! Otherwise Neve: Lace, you're not yourself! Fight this! If Taash is romancing Harding Taash: Come back to me! Please! Lace! Otherwise Taash: Fight it! You are stronger than this! Harding: (Screams) Rook: Harding, please! Harding: Why? Did the elves stop when we begged? When the earth itself screamed?

While restoring cut banter during A Murder of Crows (here and here), I found out that the wrong flag was set for that quest. And if you chose Save Caterina in the mental prison, you won't hear the lines related to that choice. By default, the game thinks as if you chose Punish Illario, even though the lines are actually supposed to differ
Rook: Did Illario even offer any bait? What is this party supposed to be for? Lucanis: Viago's invitation said they would "celebrate the new First Talon and discuss the situation in Treviso." If Lucanis chose to save Caterina during the Inner Demons Lucanis: It doesn't matter. I'm getting Caterina out of there. Lucanis: We find her, and Illario's plan falls apart. Otherwise Lucanis: It doesn't matter what my cousin thinks he's doing. It ends now. Lucanis: We go in, find Caterina, and we'll have the perfect shot at Illario. ----- Bellara: What will you do? When you find Illario, I mean. Davrin: So, you find your cousin. What then? Emmrich: Have you considered what you'll do once you catch your cousin? Harding: So… we're looking for Illario. Now that you know… everything. Neve: You know how this is going to end, right? Taash: Hey. Lucanis. You gonna kill Illario? If Lucanis chose to save Caterina during the Inner Demons Lucanis: I'm here for Caterina. Whatever happens to Illario is just a bonus. Otherwise Lucanis: He will suffer for what he's done. That's the deal. ----- Lucanis: The family rooms are up ahead. If Lucanis chose to save Caterina during the Inner Demons Lucanis (Spite): Soon. We will find. Our goal. Otherwise Lucanis (Spite): First her. And then. We find what we seek. ----- Rook: Do you have a plan to deal with Illario? Lucanis: … Rook: Lucanis? Lucanis: I'm working on it. If the player saved Minrathous Lucanis (Spite): The traitor. Deserves. No mercy. If Lucanis chose to save Caterina during the Inner Demons Lucanis (Spite): We know. His tricks. Otherwise Lucanis (Spite): He is ours! He will not. Escape us.
In Lucanis' mental prison, Harding is the only person for whom Spite gives no emotional description. In a cut post-game scene, if Harding sacrificed herself on Tearstone Island, he could even ask what (who) is this?
Now Rook and the companions react to Jacobus' death if he became a darkspawn.
Jacobus: Treviso… will… Jacobus: … free. Rook: That was definitely Jacobus. Bellara: Damn it. Davrin: Poor kid. Emmrich: That poor boy. Harding: Oh, no. Neve: Damn it. Taash: Kid didn't deserve that. Lucanis: He will be honored as a full Crow. This is his contract, and we shall see it done.
Cut banter in the garrison after the fight with Ivenci at the end of the quest A Time to Kill.
If the player saved Minrathous and Ivenci is dead Bellara: People will do anything just to have a little more power. Davrin: Stubborn to the end. I suppose that's why the Antaam followed them. Emmrich: What an inflexible pursuit of control. Perhaps that's why the Antaam followed the governor. Harding: How could Ivenci not see where this was going? And the Antaam followed anyway. Lucanis: A fine end to a contract. And an enemy. Neve: The lengths people go for just a drop more power. And they still find followers. Taash: Antaam like stubborn idiots. If the player saved Treviso Governor Ivenci: (Panting) You can't do this! Jacobus: The governor isn't in any shape to run. I'll make sure they don't leave before the other Crows arrive. Governor Ivenci: I still have influence. I'll win any trial! Jacobus: Who'll vouch for you? The Antaam? Governor Ivenci: (Despairing groan) If Rook is an Antivan Crow Governor Ivenci: You! You've done enough. You and the other Crows. Default Governor Ivenci: You and the Crows don't know what you're doing. Governor Ivenci: This city will fail without me! Rook: Out cold. The Crows can send someone to pick up the governor. If the player saved Minrathous and Ivenci is dead Rook: And that's the end of the governor. If the player saved Treviso Rook: Ivenci's in custody, locked in their own garrison. It's fitting. Rook: Let's tell Teia and Viago. These lines have no conditions, but it sounds like Ivenci could have died even if the player saved Treviso. Or Jacobus was alive even if Minrathous was saved. Or perhaps this is content from when there was no city choice yet. Jacobus: They deserved that. Ivenci was a governor no one will miss. Rook: Not even the Antaam. They'll follow someone else. Jacobus: And we'll be ready. Jacobus: I'll meet you back at the Diamond, Rook. Teia and Viago will want to know what happened.
The Soul of a City cut content
During The Soul of a City quest Rook must confront Knight-Commander Lenos. There are very few specifics in his plans. But originally, Rook was supposed to not only find evidence against Lenos and fight him, but also actively thwart his plans. Most of this content was removed, but some of it can still be found.
In the Undercity, Lenos and the Venatori planted several bombs that, when detonated, would release the blight into the streets of Minrathous. One of the Venatori was so terrified of this that she shared the information with Rook. The script includes lines of this dialogue.
Lenos is in the catacombs beneath the city. He and the Venatori planned to release blight into Dock Town. The devices were meant to release blight? Yes! To breach the catacombs beneath the city. There's blight hidden there! If there's as much as I suspect there is, and if the streets collapse… I sensed more blight recently. A lot of it. I should've known. Pardon me if I don't believe a lick of this. Could be a trap. She's Venatori herself. This lines up with what we got from the source at the Swan. I thought the Venatori offered a better life, but I don't want this! My family lives here! And if the streets collapse… everything down there comes up here. It was Knight-Commander Lenos's plan. He and the other Venatori are probably still down there. Good luck down there. The Venatori have been selling lies to people for years. Promising them they'll make things better. It seems whatever we do to stop them, it's never enough. We need to catch Lenos. He knows the rest of the Venatori's plans.
Rook finds evidence of this (Minrathous target map in the bar) and reports it to Dorian.
Rook: I found this. The Venatori are targeting parts of Minrathous with these bombs. Dorian: Kaffas! Nothing like an attack to cause chaos in a city. Dorian: You should head there immediately. I'll send a message to the other Shadow Dragons to meet you. Dorian: You're going to need support.
In the Undercity, Rook was supposed to meet the Viper and possibly Tarquin. Unfortunately, almost nothing remains of their conversations.
Rook: Dorian said he'd get someone to meet us. It'll likely be one of the Shadow Dragons. Rook: There's the Viper!
The Viper (and Tarquin) stayed with the firtst device, while Rook went to disable the two bombs leading to it. Lines from the script:
This one's linked to two others that need to be destroyed first. Then Tarquin and I will deal with the rest of the Venatori up here.
Each bomb was guarded by the Venatori. After fighting them, the device had to be deactivated. It's unclear whether this was a special mechanic or just a one-click action.
Venatori combat 1 Rook: Venatori guarding the bomb! Venatori combat 1 end Rook: Let's disable this bomb. Davrin: Careful. Don't want it going off in our faces. Harding: Rook, please be careful with that. Lucanis: Careful, Rook. Taash: Try not to get blown up. Device 1 disarmed Rook: All right. We got one. Let's keep going. Venatori combat 2 Rook: More Venatori! Device 2 disarmed Rook: That's both devices now. Let's check in with the Viper.
After that, Rook returned to the Viper, but the rest is up to speculation. Perhaps they defused the last bomb together and then went on to fight Lenos, or he was already dead idk.

I'm cackling at what they named this line in the files.
Bitter and sweet like a kiss goodbye. You do a lot of kissing.
Nothing special, just the Demon of Vyrantium using blood blast
Rook: The job's all yours. I'll hang back and supervise. Lucanis: I usually don't have an audience.
Harding: The entrance to the Deep Roads is through here. Let's go. Lucanis: This is a bottomless pit, isn't it? Harding: That's a bit dramatic.
Cut banter with Varric in the Prison of Regrets. According to the code name, this was supposed to be the last banter before Rook learned the truth.
Rook: You told me you were going to talk to Solas. Rook: Give him another option. If Rook didn't support Varric's decision in the prologue Varric: And you told me he wouldn't listen. Varric: Turns out, you were right. If Rook supported Varric Varric: And you thought he might listen. Varric: Turns out, we were both wrong.

Say hello to Spite's sister. Because that glow in her eyes is named "Spite_Green".
I couldn't help but test it on him.
But...what if she has his glow 🤔
