This one used an interesting new white chocolate called Ruby for the ganache, with a naturally pink hue and fruity flavor. I also tried out a new truffle bar mold (not pictured) with this one. This year’s holiday chocolates. So much going on this year, I didn’t get a chance to post them, or do as much with decoration. I’ll be sharing some details of the truffles coming up. . Besides the truffles, tried chocolate covered candied orange wedges this year. I liked it.
