Or….at least, that’s what her heart believed. Although, sometimes….love never worked out….

Is it really that easy?

He took the bottle and nodded, “Thanks…” Opening it, he drank from it and sighed. “I’m not exactly how to react to all of this…It’s a bit too sudden, not to mention that I have no idea how I even got here in the first place.” 

That’s right, he should probably try to relax more in order to remember what happened before he woke up in that place…But wait…

It’s fine, I know it’s overwhelming. But it’s better than when I first found out about it.

She replied shrugging her shoulders a bit. At least when the other found out about the Dark Hour there wasn’t a huge Shadow outside of the dorm trying to kill everyone inside. Though she raised an eyebrow when he asked what year it was.

Holding back feelings was a horrible way to go about life - The idol knew that personally. Regret was a strong force, A force - that could over take your soul. 

The city girl was still a little bit unsure, she knew that everyone was really close especially her and Yosuke. Since besides Teddie she was the only one to see Yosuke’s Shadow. But she put on an apologetic look on her face, she was  bit defensive only because this was something new to her.

Yu listened carefully and honestly the only part that made somewhat sense was Yosuke saying that he was a robot. Which could explain why Jiraiya is weak to electricity, but if that was true she was pretty sure that his Shadow should have mentioned something about not being human.

Cue an exaggerated eye roll from the girl; along with a exasperated sigh. Putting her hands on her hips, she leaned sightly to the left side; almost a little annoyed at hearing her leader defend Yosuke. No matter what the other girl said she could never see Yosuke as being sensitive.

He was just a dork, a huge dork; but whatever, if Yu liked him….she’d support her. Cause that’s what friends do.

Yu knew that Yosuke had his dorky and childish moments but she really did like him and relied on him a lot. She really regretted telling Rise the truth but it was really hard to say no to the idol. Yu really stood no chance against Rise when Rise wanted to know something about her. 

No! You better not tell him Rise-chan!

She cried out covering her face, and silently wondered if she had a Shadow would facing it be easier than dealing with Rise’s questioning.

           It was kind of surprising that Yu zoned out in class this time along with Yosuke. Typically she was the one who listened in class and bailed him out. Perhaps something was wrong? “It’s fine, we’ll figure something out.” Lips curled upward as Yosuke stood and grabbed his bag. 

I’m sure we will, we have a few days to get this done anyways.

She agreed with the Magician, grabbing her own bag as well. Now the important question was asked. She thought for a few minutes as she followed after Yosuke. She was still distracted, thinking about her brother and that usually didn’t make her very picky about what to eat.

“I think some water would be nice…” 

That was his only respond. He then returned to looking at the moon from within the window…A time in between tomorrow and yesterday? It sounded normal to him but something felt wrong. 

Ok I’ll get you some.

She called out from the kitchen and got an unopened water bottle from the fridge and she made her coffee and poured it into a bigger glass filled with ice. She knew that the concept behind the Dark Hour was strange and hard to grasp, but considering he was experiencing it, that means he has to have the potential. She returned to the lounge and handed him the water bottle.

Here you go. So I’m guessing you have questions, I can answer them the best that I can.

Sighing nosily, she lowers her fingers; winking slightly towards the other girl.

The blush on Yu’s face just intensified as Rise continues to giggle at her. She didn’t know how to respond to the other’s reaction, except turn away slightly. To Yu’s regret, Rise did guess the right person and she cursed herself for not making the hint harder.

Yes, I can. I don’t think it’s selfish.

You nodded at the other and took a few minutes to gather your thoughts. You only knew about this when it was explained to you when you signed your own contract. Luckily for you, no one was missing right now and Rise was currently resting. So you were free for now.

“This sounds all too familiar somehow..” It was a shame he didn’t know anything about Izanami, since he had the same face as Seta, but the fact that he wasn’t and knew of the Great Seal ad Nyx was what made him thankful.

“..so it is just like Izanami was over here. She’s a, well, was, claimed to be a god that wished to turn humanity into nothing but shadows and encase the world with fog. So in a sense, it’s the same.” But over there, it seemed as though it hasn’t happened yet. There was a world that was on the verge of facing destruction.

Yu asked the other a bit curious as it was her turn to listen to the other. She knew her team just finished saving Naoto and the Detective Prince was currently resting in her house. She thought about what the other's said about the fog, her hand traveled to her bag where her TV World glasses are. But the thought of this Izanami was banished from her mind when the next question came up.

Just the thought of fighting Nyx again made her stomach flip. That was something that she wanted to keep her old friends, and new team from having to do. That also meant if she had to fight Nyx... that means the Great Seal was broken and she didn't even want to think that would happen to her brother.

Energetically shaking her head; the idol flashed a mischievous smile. She’d miss a whole year of sales for this.

Yu was now regretting opening her mouth in front of her Navigator and one of her closest friends. She felt a blush creep onto her face as she frantically shook her head.

“A little trip? Isn’t it a bit too late to go somewhere? I mean it’s almost midnight…” He shrugged his shoulders quietly as he looked into his pocket for his phone, looking at the time and then sighing. 

And there goes my nap.

Yu grumbled to herself as the clock struck midnight and the Dark Hour starter and the other didn’t transmogrify. She really hoped that the other would so that way she could sleep a bit before continuing this talk. Now that was out of the question and that coffee she had in the refrigerator really sounded appealing to get.

Well then...welcome to the Dark Hour. A time in-between tomorrow and yesterday. You must have the potential or else we wouldn’t be talking right now.

She started explaining as she undid the button that kept her Evoker in place. She knew that it was relatively safe within the dorms but it didn’t hurt to be prepared in case the Shadows come and attack for some reason. She remembered they attacked the dorm before and since as far as she knew the other probably hasn’t awakened to a Persona, he was still in danger.

Yu sighed as it was clear they were not getting any work done on this homework that was thankfully not due tomorrow. She carefully returned the headache inducing paper to her bag.

Normally I can figure out what he is talking about in class... except I zoned out again.

She replied with a shrug of her shoulders as she watched her partner for a bit. A simple nod of her head was the only response given when Yu realized what time it was when she pulled out her own phone.

Male? You mean my brother Souji? Wait I’m getting confused, what are you talking about your Yu? And wait your not? Can you slow down Yosuke? I’m getting really lost here.
