Plants 🌱 plants 🌱 and more plants 🌱 everywhere to help purify your space! Some of my favorites for better air include: •peace lilies which according to the NASA Clean Air Study has one of the highest transpiration rates helping to acetone, alcohols, benzenes •dragon plant is great for bedrooms and offices and removes xylene, trichloroethylene •money tree according to NASA is one of the most effective filters of harmful pollutants and are pet friendly •the parlor palm is not only affordable but doesn’t need much light and is an excellent air purifier •snake plant according to NASA absorbs benzene, formaldehyde, xylene, toluene The chemical get into our homes and air through furniture and various glues associated with our carpets and other finishes. Your home and office are an extension of you... 🏡 🏢 ironically we tend to put less effort into one but we spend most of our waking hours in our workplace and we rest and sleep and attempt to get rejuvenated in the home. Make them both comfortable and inviting with personal touches of you and who you are. They don’t have to be major changes but they do have to bring you peace and the space to do what you want to do there. Cluttering the home prevents restful sleep or calming to the mind. An impersonal workspace prevents inspiration and joy.
