I’m not sure if anyone remembers me (or follows me), but I’m reapplying as Kyogre; I just sent in the app.
It’s been a long time, and I’d been busy since i dropped out of citta entirely with all my characters, so I figured it’d be best to test the waters by applying as big ‘ol’ Kyogre again! I figured this would be best since he’s rather light and I can get my feet wet by playing someone easy.

A young face! Fond memories of adventurous children, sneaking their way into the various caves Kyogre rested in came to mind. Though this one lacked the usual carefree mischief that the youngest children carried, Kyogre felt a fondness all the same.

It never ceased to amaze him how sound—how music would sound so different in open air. Sometimes, it amazed him how he could hear without difficulty in open air. If only there was a way he could enjoy the sounds of the air under the tides, unchanged by the water.

Kyogre turns to the sky, hopeful at first. The mild excitement in his heart dropped to a frown as the pokemon realized that rain was not the source of the water. He turned again, this time to face its true source.
“Why hello, small one.”

Was it another Pokemon that crossed Kyogre’s path? The answer was likely no, but that didn’t make him any less interested in the creature. The whale slowed to a stop with a reverse flap of his fins while maneuvering his tail to twist his body towards the direction of the wolf.
“Excuse me, friend.” Was that too much? Kyogre hoped not. “Are you another subject of the city’s experiments as I am? If you are, perhaps we can trade thoughts on our experiences in this city.”
“Hey, do you know where you can get cheap clothing around here?”
“I am afraid I do not know the answer to your question. However, I can assure you that going without clothing is perfectly comfortable, despite the weather.”

Hey guys! I’ve been scarce the past two weeks, but I’m ready to get back into writing. If anyone would like a thread with Kyogre, like this post!

“Hmm… it could be a possibility for the future, if you’d like.” The whale actually did have an aesthetic with some potential for clothing designs – provided it didn’t mean literal whale-sized clothes. But in any case, that would require connections he didn’t have yet. And the fame part.
“I know there are many such people in the city, but I am not yet acquainted with any of them. Perhaps I should be asking around; certainly someone will take the job.” But there were other matters to be dealt with first, weren’t there? Like actually getting his business organized– “I ought to be writing a list here. What else will you need…?”
“The question you ask is difficult for me to answer. Where my home was located, becoming a sort of idol would be much easier. Less people and more infrastructure supporting would-be stars, you see.
“Hmmm, I suppose I would need a place to perform? Some way to attract a crowd to let my name to known. Aside from clothing and the chance to sing and dance seem out of reach.”
