Visit to the Bahamas this summer and see the sights
A major tourist destination this summer for both relaxation and fun is the Bahamas. There, travelers will find the warm sun, white sand, and some of the clear ocean water in the Caribbean. When you and your family is not taking in the rays on the beach, what else is there to do? The Bahamas are not only popular for their beaches. There is also plenty to do and plenty to see in these beautiful islands. One of the driving forces behind the boom of the tourism industry of Bohemia is the fact that taxes are a bit 'relaxed. While many of the tax laws are similar to that of Switzerland, leading some to retire there with a heavy legacy, the common traveler can take advantage of those rules when they visit the shops and department around Nassau. There, tourists can enjoy good shopping without all those pesky sales tax. New Providence Island and Nassau are the nation's banking and financial centers, many good companies make their home there. For the best shopping, go where the rest of the tourists go. Cruise ships often drop off hordes of people in Prince George's Wharf in Nassau and have a good reason. There, the living culture of the Bahamas is on display with a number of shops selling every product imaginable. Another great place to head if you're trying to shop is the Bay Street in Nassau. There, you can visit a temporary straw market that has been resurrected in place of the old famous straw market that was destroyed in a fire in 2001. If shopping is not your thing or you get a bit 'tired of that scene, then there is another great attraction that it could be just east of Nassau, many people like to see the sights and hear the sounds of Potter's Cay Dock. There, the local fishermen to bring tons of fish and the local culture on display is fantastic. The good thing about the Bahamas is offering a little 'something for everyone. While the women in your family shop for hours, people can hit the rocks and do some 'snorkeling. If it is family time you want, then dinner spots and beaches are obvious choices. Whatever you choose to do, the bohemian beauty of the islands is all around you and leads the traveler to embrace the Caribbean culture at its finest.

The Coolest Desert You'll Ever See - San Pedro De Atacama, Chile
San Pedro de Atacama, Chile is one of the greatest places I have ever visited. It is located in the Atacama Desert, located in the northeast of Chile I went in September, especially during a time of national celebration of Fiestas Patrias Chile (18 °). The city was decorated in the colors Adobe Chilean red, white and blue and there was a small procession of school children who marched in the streets. The weather was hot and dry. I recommend you bring a lot lotion or some kind of moisturizing body cream (do not forget sunscreen!) And a good pair of sunglasses. They sell sunglasses at affordable prices in a lot of shops, but most of them lack of 100% UV protection. This small pueblo was very difficult to achieve, but it was worth it! I took a bus 24 + hours from Santiago, however, there are more short journeys by bus if the first flight to the city of Antofagasta and Calama. If you chose to travel by bus (and not rent a car) I recommend the TurBus society. I had several great experiences with this company, their bathrooms were often dirty, their driver, always kind and helpful and serve better food than other companies. For long trips it is worth spending a few dollars more for FINAL class bus Cama ('Property' means and has the largest seats plus seats recline to almost 180 degrees) or 'manager' Ejecutivo (media , Cama seats are smaller, but still big enough, lies a little 'less than the seats Cama). The other two options are Classic class (the worst) and Semi-Cama, both are tolerable, but in the heat of the Atacama desert and the fact that you can be stuck on a bus for a good couple of hours - spending for more dollars is definitely worth it. For your return, it was very easy to buy a bus ticket office in San Pedro de Atacama TurBus. In 2007 the business was about $ 3.00 USD. Buses run several times a day to Calama to check with the office for the time that suits you best. Word of caution: if you're on a tight schedule, be sure to purchase tickets in advance. The buses tend to fill the last minute and with the purchase of the first time you'll be able to sit next to your traveling companions. I highly recommend making a reservation well in advance with the hostel or hotel you choose. I booked my accommodation for a week before departure and the only place I found was a B & B (though by the standards of the United States was not B & B) on the outskirts of town, about 15 minutes walk. It 'been a great B & B, but annoyingly far from town.Although this is a city lost most of the people in town are tourists. Thus, prices for food, lodging and other activities were low and not too expensive, but do not come here if you are looking for a bargain. When you plan your excursions a lot of hotels / hostels double as travel agents to check with them for your trip or options you can control dozens of agencies for trips in town. If you decide to take a trip in the evening in the Valle de la Luna (Moon Valley) and Valle de la Muerte (Death Valley) to ask your guide if you can rent a sand board before you leave. It is SOOO funny! Bring your camera and make sure you bring your sunglasses for these great big sandbox. One last thing. Many excursions are fast specific time and books, so as soon as you get to start making plans! Have fun and take pictures!

John Edwards, Hillary Clinton Campaigns Clash Over Free Trade Agreement to Peru
Clinton and Edwards differ on Peru trade agreement of the House of Representatives passed a new trade agreement with Peru yesterday. The agreement, known as U.S. trade with Peru Trade Promotion Agreement, adopted by the House with 215 votes for and 132 against. The debate on the agreement renewed conflict over trade policy that has raged between supporters and opponents of free trade agreements since the passage of NAFTA in the 1990s. The debate spilled over into the presidential election with Democratic candidate John Edwards criticized rival Hillary Clinton's support for the agreement. Early in the campaign of the afternoon John Edwards issued a statement condemning the House vote. "I am disappointed by today's vote to approve the trade agreement between Peru and extend the model did not NAFTA, which cost us more than a million jobs' Edwards was quoted as saying. He called for trade agreements that protect U.S. workers and have strong protections for workers' rights, employment, and environment. Edwards called Clinton to take a position on shares issued, saying that voters deserve to know the truth.Hillary responded by praising the passage of the agreement by the House in a statement posted on his campaign website. "I have long said that we need smart trade policies that advance labor rights, environment, and our economic situation in the world," she was quoted as saying. According to Clinton, the new trade agreement between Peru, which must still pass the Senate, contains strong protections for the environment and labor rights. She said that the agreement would allow American products to enter the Peruvian market duty free. The agreement would benefit American workers and, Clinton claimed. As President Clinton said she would seek to strictly enforce trade agreements. "I will also expand the Trade Adjustment Assistance program so that workers affected by the global economy get the help they need," Edwards-added.The campaign responded in a statement released late evening. Edwards was quoted as saying, "I am very disappointed with the support of Senator Clinton for the Peru trade agreement." He accused Clinton of supporting corporate interests, lobbyists, and President Bush and ignoring the needs of millions of American workers. The Peru trade agreement was signed in April 2006 and was the subject of criticism from environmentalists and human rights workers. For example, a joint statement issued by the Friends of the Earth and the Sierra Club agreement was criticized for not doing enough to develop a set of trade policies that would achieve progress towards environmental sustainability . The press has praised aspects of the agreement if, as a measure to curb illegal timber trade and reduce rates of deforestation in Peru.

Caves Found on Mars: best hope for finding extraterrestrial life on the planet
The search for extraterrestrial life by scientists and amateurs is pretty exciting. The news reports today on a number of caves found on Mars will not only benefit scientists and amateurs but many people not normally involved in the search for life on other details planets.New returned by a satellite in orbit around Mars show what looks like caves on the planet surface. Images in seven places near the equator of Mars can be seen. Scientists studying the pictures think it may be possible that these spots are actually underground cave entrances. The Mars Odyssey orbiting the planet by satellite took images of the Martian surface. The spacecraft used a special technology called Thermal Emission Imaging System, or THEMIS images short.Scientists study named the newly discovered caves after the family, calling Abbey, Annie, Chloe, Dena, Jeanne Nikki and Wendy. In short, they were called the seven sisters. The caves are located near a volcano called Arisa Mons. Each great cave is about the size of a football field. The opening smaller cave is 330 feet wide and the largest is 820 feet wide. The cave is named Dena to about 430 feet underground. The first researcher to notice the caves in the images, Glenn Cushing of Northern Arizona University said, "Caves on Mars could become habitats for future explorers or may be the only structures that preserve evidence of past or present microbial life. "The thirst for discovery of past or present life on Mars has led to many projects in March. A current project focuses on THEMIS. The project objective is to improve THEMIS 'infrared and visual techniques. "The same project is also working on developing special robots that could be used to explore areas such as testing for this project caves. All had to be done here on Earth. In an attempt to better simulate conditions on Mars Scientists have worked in a number of places. The project is called "Earth-Mars Cave Detection Program. For the first part of the project scientists have developed their technology and infrared thermal imagine using a special detector that was flown over the caves in New Mexico and Arizona. The second part of the project will test in what researchers call "analog sites in March. These sites are particularly thought to represent at best a Martian environment. places on Earth that will be used include the Mojave, California and the Atacama desert of Chile and freezing environments of Antarctica and Iceland. The caves recently discovered on Mars are extremely important in the search for extraterrestrial life. They may be one of the best places to find evidence of life on Mars. During the recent Lunar and Planetary Science Conference, Glenn Cushing and his colleagues said: "We propose that the seven black spots are skylights in the area where the surface may have collapsed into a chamber below. Retain proof of past life on Mars could be found in caves, and this discovery would be of unprecedented importance "Sourceshttp:. / / News.yahoo.com/s/space/20070402/sc_space/possiblenewmarscavestargetsinsearchforlifehttp: / / www.swnebr.net/newspaper/cgi-bin/articles/ 160084http articlearchiver.pl: / / www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2007 / 04/070402153116.htm

Ten tips for business travelers
There's nothing more frustrating to know that you are supposed to be in another city for a meeting, and also knowing that there is no way you can make it. According to a survey conducted in 2004, business travel was the stress factor for the top 76% of business associates. "It 's how to investigate a strange noise in an old house at night," a colleague once told me. "You know that going to have a final awful." Unfortunately, the problems with business travel are not entirely avoidable. You can have a minute by minute itinerary, confirmation of all flights, car rental and hotel reservations, and still could not make the conference 9:00. This is simply a fact of life. After 9 / 11, airports are even crazier than they were in past years, and there are so many people travel that errors are to be made.Thankfully, however, there are some things you can do to make business run more smoothly. Do not guarantee a perfect business, but it will at least partially overcome some of the concerns.1. Choose your airline carefullyBusinesses are known to try to save a few bucks more, where they can - including travel arrangements for their employees'. If a company thinks it can save money by booking you on a smaller airline, then it probably does, leaving to pay the price. The is nothing wrong with smaller companies, but they tend to fail much faster than the largest companies. For example, in March 2005, a Canadian airline called Jetsgo suddenly cleared, leaving 18,000 passengers without tickets to their destinations. This happens all the time - especially in the last three years - and can cause a bit 'of confusion and panic for business partners that need to be somewhere. Encourage your employer to go the extra mile and buy plane tickets from major airlines.2. Pay with a credit card.It is fairly well known that credit cards are the smartest way to guarantee tickets, but this is still true today. If you pay by credit card and something happens to your flight, are usually protected. You will be granted the right to "alternative transportation", or the amount paid will be credited back to the paper. In addition, credit cards provide a tangible record card for purchases, while cash or checks will be not.Paying with a credit card added benefit: if your credit card allows you to accumulate bonus points, you can save on future flights with the same paper or begin to collect frequent flyer miles. If your business operates through a travel agency for business flights, to request a copy of your credit card or at least a photocopy in the case of a problem with the airline.3. Weigh your options.Driving could be the last thing you want to do before a meeting or business trip, but choose the most convenient way to travel. If you are traveling in-state, could be less of a hassle to drive than to fly, given the amount of time spent parking, waiting for the flight to leave the baggage check, baggage claim and the risk of lost luggage. To determine the cost difference between flying and driving, use the following formula: Flying - Parking Ticket + Parking + Card (if applicable) = TOTALDriving - Gas + Food = TOTALWhichever appears to be the lesser amount should be your choice. 4. Packages.Through Book your travel agent might be easier and more convenient for business travel book as a package. You can usually get discounts for booking flights, hotel and car rental together rather than reserving them separately. Although this greatly reduces your chances of running into a confusion in reservations. When you book all your arrangements together, things will flow more smoothly, and you can more easily adapt to any problems that may occur. This also gives you the added bonus of easy access to all your reservations. If something goes wrong with the airline, you can call and have an all access for the entire trip at once, rather than making lots of phone calls and trying to coordinate different reservations.5. Plan ahead for safety TSA.Airport is a fact of life, and as annoying as it might be to remove your shoes online, is certainly better than being dead on a plane.Know rules before arriving at the airport, and pack accordingly. Take time for TSA to go through your luggage could be the difference between taking and missing a flight, so it's definitely better to be prepared. Here are the most important rules and tips: - Laptops must be removed from cases .- lighters and matches are not allowed through security .- sports (eg golf clubs) are not allowed on the floor, and must be checked .- knives and scissors should be checked .- flammable and explosives are not allowed on board .- Do not overpack your hand luggage, as you spend a lot of time in the reorganization of the TSA, if it goes through it .- Try Do not stack objects on top of rectangular to each other, as will cause the screens .- empty your pockets before you get too much change in security line.6. Get American Express Card.If you frequently travel internationally, you might want to get an American Express card for lunch and activities abroad. Foreign plants are often better than for customers with credit cards American Express. American Express also benefits when the need to exchange currency or cash personal checks - AmEx offices usually cash checks up to $ 1000.7. Play BenefitsIf your job requires more than 30% travel, you know that you fly often, so you can begin signing up for the frequent flyer programs. Since you never know which airline will fly, it helps to earn miles on each flight you are traveling, rather than hoping to be included in a specific airline. In addition to the frequent flyer programs, collect coupons and discounts at various hotels and car rental companies. For their frequent guests, these structures often give discounts and more options for upgrading, and you should take advantage possible.8 everywhere. AppropriatelyIf dress to wear a suit or dressed in his flight, will not be easy, and your clothes will be wrinkled. It 'best to wear comfortable clothes for the flight, and change into work clothes when you get to destination.I suggest, however, to bring at least one suit in your hand luggage. If your bags are lost during the flight, you will not have to go out and buy new clothes for the meetings and conferences.9. Buy luggage with WheelsAirports are becoming more and more each year, and when you can not find a truck going in the right direction, you have to walk. With large bags on three terminals will not be easy, arms, legs or back. Save yourself the frustration and buy luggage with wheels. You can also buy bags attached to the bags, laptops and additional baggage to have nothing more to carry.10. Keep all documentation in OrderEven if you are flying back home, do not throw anything away. Have all of your travel information, receipts, invoices and other information until you are sure you will never need them again. You will need the most file an expense report with your business, and it always helps to have proof of everything in case something goes wrong. Make copies of anything you can not easily replace them and keep them in protected folders in your hand luggage. It may seem a strange effort, but I thank you in case something goes wrong.
