with the button not working nothing works; and we’re trying to cut the song down to a manageable amount of time so we can actually interact with the bird

new body! time to figure out wiring (again)

better wiring / two arduino setup. the simpleSD library we’re using conflicts with the servo library in arduino so splitting them makes things easier. we’re also attaching an active speaker since the other one is far too small

im very excited!! we’ll get to show him off at the maker faire in austin this year so get ready for some birdy goodness

been working on button connections and getting it hooked up to the arduino and the sd card player, so far it works relatively well, the speaker is still fairly quiet.

working with microSD card reader and a small speaker to play music. the music plays, it’s just incredibly soft. will be trying with capacitors/a larger speaker in the future
